Our educational emphasis lies with the things that weren’t necessarily taught in traditional classroom settings. We want to provide and developing knowledge in subjects personal finance, investing, networking, marketing, and other subjects vital to being successful in today’s rapidly evolving world.
 

Career Development

We want to take the knowledge we’ve gained over the years as young entrepreneurs and pay it forward so that the next generation is equipped with the nuances of areas such as interview etiquette, attire, building networking prowess, etc so that they have every tool to create a better life for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Athletic development

Our Athletic department’s main goal is to bring more opportunities to our youth by way of camps and programs to help develop and sharpen skills. We’ll also provide our youth with the proper tools and knowledge to prepare them for the off-field/court aspects including recruiting, nutrition, and Academic/Athletic balance.

community outreach

As an organization, we want to play a huge role in OUR communities of Richmond. We intend to bring various events and improvements into our community to raise morale and refresh the sense of pride and remove the stigmas in our neighborhoods.
